Cost €10,000 and is the first foal of a sister to 2m Flat and 2m-2m3f hurdle and chase winner Jaime Sommers. Trainer has the odd bumper winner but this one can be overlooked on debut.
Connections went to £330,000 to secure him on the back of a fluent debut Point win but chinned at very short odds in heavy ground bumper last month. However that form worked out well and he showed more than enough to suggest he has leading claims.
Trainer and owner always respected but this one has shown absolutely nothing in two starts in soft and heavy ground. Cheekpieces are now enlisted but easy enough to take on.
Well beaten when pulling up on debut in Point and very difficult to recommend for this debut under rules on that evidence.
Hint of ability on second start in bumpers but big price and soundly beaten on hurdle debut last time. Switches back to this sphere with a good deal to prove.
Big price but wasn't totally disgraced in bumper at Leopardstown on debut earlier this month. Should be better for that experience but will have to raise game if he's to win this.
Didn't jump with much fluency and well beaten on racecourse debut at Navan over hurdles last weekend. Hard to envisage him opening account on first run in a bumper.
Little sign of ability over hurdles on debut or in three starts in bumpers. Tongue-tie now fitted but impossible to fancy.
Not disgraced on second start in points and has shown ability at an ordinary level over both hurdles and in bumper. Vulnerable to anything half decent in this type of event but he has minor place claims.
Off the mark at sixth attempt in Point (yielding to soft) last April but that form is nothing special and she hasn't been seen since. Best watched on this debut under rules.
Yet to win a race but has shown ability a modicum of ability in Points and similarly in a bumper and on hurdle debut. However she'll have to improve if she's to win on these terms.
Interesting on pedigree as a half-brother to point/bumper and useful 2m hurdle winner Sebastapol out of a Flat and fairly useful hurdle winner. The market should be a good guide to his prospects on this racecourse debut.
Limitations firmly exposed on all three starts in bumpers and makes no appeal on these terms.

A maximum field in which only a handful make any sort of appeal. Point-to-point winner Ballyadam was turned over at a short price on his debut under rules and first start for Gordon Elliott but, although he showed enough to suggest he has strong claims in this company, slight preference is for YOUSAYITBEST. Henry de Bromhead's runner created a really good impression when winning a point-to-point on debut and he’s very much of interest on this first run for his new yard on this bumper debut. Oscar Thyne might be one to run into the frame.
