Definite Wisdom has shown improved form since switched to fences by the Alnwick based trainer Rose Dobbin (also saddles Purcell's Bridge), so he enters the thinking despite the burden of top-weight. However, with Gordon Elliott saddling his first Newcastle runner since Samcro (2018 Fighting Fifth Hurdle) and the talented amateur Jamie Codd also booked to ride (first visit to Newcastle) it's difficult to ignore the presence of the mare ROBIN DEUZ POIS. She remains a maiden (0-14), but this is just her second start for this trainer and she has shown fair form previously for Paul Webber.
