Newcomer; half-sister to four winners including useful hurdler/chaser Manyriverstocross. Stable don't have many debut bumpers winners but did score with their most recent bumper newcomer at Wincanton; worth a market watch.
Debutante; sister to fair hurdler/fairly useful chaser Jaunty Thor (2m-3m winner), and half-sister to 2 winners, including modest hurdler/fair chaser Jaunty Inflight. Yard 0-11 with this type since 2015, can only be watched first-time out.
Fell on her Irish point-to-point debut but followed that up with two runner-up spots and a win in December. £35,000 purchase after that win she's in good hands and from a stable that do well in his sphere (18% strike-rate with newcomers, since 2015).
Runner-up in a pointing bumper in April she shaped much better than the distance she was beaten (8L) on her Rules debut at Ludlow in January. Travelled well until exertions told, will know more this time, open to further progress.
Won her sole start in Irish point-to-points in December, bought for £170,000 soon after. Stable don't have an overwhelming record with bumper newcomers (8% strike-rate) and they often come on for the run, watch unless strong in market.
Successful in two of her four Irish point-to-points she showed ability on her Ascot bumper debut in this headgear combination. May have been slightly flattered by her final finishing position but the experience will stand her in good stead here.
Bred for longer trips than she faced on debut at Wetherby in January over 1m4f when she hinted at some ability (not particularly fancied in the market). Yard always to be respected in this sphere, trip will suit and progress expected.
Hooded for her debut the stable actually scored with their only previous bumper newcomer here at 14-1. Dam was a 2m5f hurdle winner, worth a glance in the betting given the yard's previous victory over C&D.

Forecasts
Rose Of Arcadia (11/8), Kilmington Rose (9/4), Padstow Harbour (3/1), Jerminnie Green (6/1), Shoot To Fame (8/1), Foxy Megan (10/1), Merry Berry (14/1), Midnight Malin (14/1), Jaunty Freyja (25/1)
The standard is very much set by Kilmington Rose who was clear of the rest of the field when runner-up on her debut behind the winner who went on to be successful again. That experience over C&D is unlikely to be lost on her but she meets some useful rivals here and the Alan King trained JERMINNIE GREEN makes plenty of appeal having won her last point-to-point and the trainer does very well with his bumper newcomers overall. Padstow Harbour is another to have shown ability in bumpers and is likely to improve whilst Rose Of Arcadia and Foxy Megan from a yard who scored with their last bumper newcomer are worth noting in the market.
- Jerminnie Green
- Kilmington Rose
- Padstow Harbour
