Sixties Icon gelding out of dam who won a between 2m-3m2f over hurdles and fences. Making racecourse debut and will do well to score at the very first time of asking. Wears a tongue-tie.

Placed on each of his last five starts but has yet to get his head in front. Shown fair form including when second over C&D in January and when caught well inside distance at Newbury last time. Sure to be right in the mix once again.
Stable companion of Iconic Muddle and appears second string on jockey bookings. Has shown little in three starts so far and finished last of 15 in Newbury 2m novice hurdle last month. Steps up in trip but looks to have a lot to find.

8/1
Won 3m maiden open point last time out in January and makes Rules debut for new yard who have 16% strike rate here over timber. Related to a number of winning hurdlers so quite likely to give a good account of himself in this new sphere.

Modest form in points and looked nothing special on Rules debut when only 11th of 13 here over 2m in February following long absence. Others make much more appeal.

Very modest mare who has yet to reach a place in seven starts to date in points. Very hard to see her makng any impression on her belated Rules debut.

Forecasts

Iconic Muddle (1/3), Annual Invictus (4/1), Bobby Bow (6/1), Le Tueur (8/1), Just In A Muddle (50/1), Iconic Flight (66/1), Truckers Time (100/1), Undocumented (100/1)

Verdict

Iconic Muddle sets a respectable standard and looks sure to go close once again, but slight preference is for the less exposed ANNUAL INVICTUS who has won between the flags and has shown enough in two starts so far under Rules to suggest a race such as this is within his capablities. Winning pointer Le Tueur has joined a good team and the market should reflect any stable confidence, while Bobby Bow is another point winner who has the potential to win races in this sphere but his yard has been quiet for quite a while now.
  1. Annual Invictus
  2. Iconic Muddle
  3. Le Tueur
