Massini's Dream43
Age: 9|  Weight: 12-7| J: Jack Tudor(5)| T: Christian Williams| OR:  107
17/2
Broke her duck under rules when an all out winner of a conditionals' handicap hurdle (rider dropped his reins on the run-in) at Fakenham (2m7½f, good to soft) in January; 5lb higher for her first attempt over fences (2-4 in point-to-points).
2
Horse silk
Arianp,t27
Age: 8|  Weight: 12-6| J: R T Dunne| T: J L Flint| OR:  106
7/2
Made a reasonably promising start over fences (runner-up at Hereford) before a gradual dip in form; has eased in the weights accordingly (some 10lb or so); beaten in excess of 15L when third to Destined To Shine at Uttoxeter (2m, heavy) latest.

Miss Zipb15
Age: 7|  Weight: 11-12| J: Adam Wedge| T: Evan Williams| OR:  98
3/1
Transformed by the fitting of blinkers and arrives seeking a hat-trick following back-to-back wins at Sedgefield (2m5f soft to heavy); is now rated 5lb higher than when beating Clondaw Fixer by 2L a fortnight ago; boasts solid credentials.
4

Bee Crossingp49
Age: 9|  Weight: 11-9| J: T Scudamore| T: M Scudamore| OR:  95
8/1
Regressive ten-race maiden; hasn't shown any obvious verve for the switch to fences (0-2); always in the rear throughout at both Southwell (3m) and Chepstow (2m3½f); safer to look elsewhere for the solution.
5
Horse silk
Madera Mist50
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-8| J: Alan Johns| T: Tim Vaughan| OR:  94
11/2
Lightly raced (0-6); couldn't take advantage of a golden opportunity (left in the lead at the second last) on rules chasing debut at Wetherby (3m, soft) on Boxing Day; dropped herself out from an early stage at Market Rasen the following month.

Kapga De Lily10
Age: 7|  Weight: 11-7| J: Charlie Deutsch| T: Miss V Williams| OR:  93| BF
4/1
Took full advantage of an errant favourite when winning a 2m novices' hurdle Haydock (66-1) in March 2018; raced sparingly since (four starts) but below that form over the past month or so; has the pedigree to make a chaser (makes her debut here).
7
Horse silk
Leave My Alonet22
Age: 7|  Weight: 10-8| J: R P McLernon| T: Mrs R Ford| OR:  80
11/1
Won a 3m Irish point-to-point (at Boulta) earlier on in her racing career, but truthfully hasn't achieved a great deal of note under rules; was well held over fences at Leicester (2m4f, heavy) three weeks ago; essentially very difficult to fancy.

Forecasts

Miss Zip (3/1), Arian (7/2), Kapga De Lily (4/1), Madera Mist (11/2), Bee Crossing (8/1), Massini's Dream (17/2), Leave My Alone (11/1)

Verdict

The application of blinkers has proved the catalyst for an upturn in fortunes for MISS ZIP, and Evan Williams charge is fancied to land the hat-trick over fences from a still sub-100 handicap mark. She displayed a resolute attitude when winning an admittedly moderate contest at Sedgefield (2m5f) a fortnight ago and won't be troubled by the forecast testing conditions. Potential dangers include Massini's Dream and the largely unexposed Kapga De Lily.
  1. Miss Zip
  2. Massini's Dream
  3. Kapga De Lily
