Point recruit who has been well held on all his three starts in maiden hurdles; chance that handicapping will bring the best out of him but overall form does not suggest that from current mark.
Can race off the same mark as when finishing runner-up at Punchestown on his penultimate start over hurdles back in January 2019; outside chance but would not appreciate the ground getting any softer.
Five-race maiden who produced a career best effort to finish fourth of 13 beaten 5½L in a Tramore 2m handicap hurdle on New Years Day; needs to bounce back from disappointing run last time at Clonmel which was error strewn before being pulled up.
Six-race maiden posted a career best effort on return to action in November over course and distance in a handicap hurdle finishing second of 16 beaten ½L; did not appreciate step up next time; fair chance if fit after absence.
Without a win in five starts; showed plenty of improvement to finish fourth of 11 in a Clonmel handicap hurdle over 2m1f on heavy ground in January and fair effort latest at Fairyhouse; reasonable chance on best of form.
Well beaten in a number of starts since his debut at Naas over 2m3f in December in a soft ground maiden hurdle though better effort latest when unlucky to unseat rider; each-way claims.
Showed promise on debut in a Naas bumper last year, but some way below that form on most subsequent starts; looks to have a stiff task from this mark though latest effort was one of his better runs.
Has been in fine form on the AW winning her last two starts but that is in contrast to her three poor hurdles performances; she was tailed off when last seen over timber at Cork in November.
Three poor runs this season over hurdles hardly suggests she will be able to get off the mark even in this poor contest.
Blinkers (retained) helped this mare put in one of her better performances last time out over course and distance; a repeat of that effort would see her being one of the leading contenders.
Sent off at big prices (and ran accordingly) on her first three hurdles starts; fell on handicap debut last time out at Clonmel; difficult to recommend.
Well held on five starts over hurdles; has been disappointing on the Flat in between as well; very difficult to make a coherent case for.
Presenting gelding; well beaten in four starts over hurdles to date; no realistic chance on what the five-year-old has shown so far.
Five-race maiden over timber with efforts getting progressively worse as highlighted by a fall at the fifth flight at Punchestown in November and being tailed off when last seen in December.
Unplaced in seven attempts over hurdles; rarely gets hammered out of sight suggesting she has some ability and obvious place possibilities in this company.
Yet to be placed in 10 hurdles starts; occasionally runs a fair race and in this company and with first.time blinkers there could be some hope she will make the frame.
This will be the ten-year-old's 50th racecourse appearance and he is still looking for his first win; has been placed in a couple of hurdles events so no forlorn hope against some questionable rivals.
Can put in the odd error; has shown ability but pulled up on last three starts and optimistic to suggest he will run well here.

HUGHIES BAY makes his 50th racecourse appearance here and this looks a fair opportunity to land his first ever success; The ten-year-old showed enough last time at this track over 2m6f to suggest he has the ability to get his head in front. He has run well over course and distance in the past and the poor level of competition here could see him making the headlines. Mattie's Mountain, in contrast, is just starting his career over hurdles. He has shown enough on those outings to believe a win is not too far away. Lucia's Bob faced up well to first time blinkers last time out over this course and if able to reproduce that effort, the mare holds every chance.
