Has been mainly campaigned over hurdles of late and latest chase outing was a disappointing effort at Leopardstown over Christmas; has run well over fences close to this mark and hard to discount too easily.
Solid start to his chasing career finishing in the money at Naas in March before winning a Limerick beginners contest; found it tougher on handicap debut at Ballinrobe in May; tough after long break though first-time cheekpieces/tongue tie may help.
Likes to race prominently and showed plenty of ability when landing a Sligo 2m5f beginners contest on good to yielding ground in September; most recent form is poor and plenty to prove at present.
Took advantage of a lenient handicap mark to score well at Fairyhouse on penultimate start; backers will need to forgive a poor performance last time out at Navan when pulled up after making plenty of mistakes.
Won for a third time over the larger obstacles when landing a nine runner Clonmel 2m handicap chase on soft ground in October off an 12lb lower mark; two solid placed efforts most recently and looks set to give another good account of himself.
Was showing clear progress over fences with placed efforts in October and November; has been off the track since disappointing at Clonmel in December and needs to bounce back to earlier form to land this.
Winning chaser but has been lightly-raced of late; pulled up when struggling on recent reappearance last month at Navan and looks to have plenty to prove at present.

KAVANAGHS CORNER has been running with great consistency of late and while it has not gone unnoticed by the handicapper this looks a good opportunity for the eleven-year-old to get back to winning ways. There was plenty to like about his two most recent outings at Clonmel and Limerick and repeat of those efforts should see him go close. At Your Ease should be noted in the betting ring. He was showing some progression last spring and if ready after a break then he could go well with first time equipment applied. Crazyheart has better form over fences and while his last effort over fences was below par, he may be worth another chance.
