Bit better at Ludlow last time out, finished midfield behind a useful winner and that despite pulling hard early; probably one for handicaps after today.
Won a minor point-to-point around a year ago but well beaten at huge prices in two starts over hurdles so far; hard to make and sort of a case for.
Yet to beat a horse home in two starts, although it was quite a hot race at Fontwell last time, and he wasn't totally disgraced; probably better to come but there will have to be if he's to get competitive here.
Not disgraced on his bumper debut at Chepstow last year but yet to show much over hurdles, sent off big prices both occasions; needs to start showing more before you can get involved financially with him.
Second on bumper debut at Ffos Las a solid effort, but never in the hunt on hurdles debut despite being sent off just 3-1 (hung right-handed); likely better to come and seems to handle heavy, so could do better today.
No show at huge prices on two hurdles starts to date and looks one more for summer jumps handicaps later in the year; no realistic chance today.
Nothing if not consistent, bumper winner at Uttoxeter in November and placed all four starts over hurdles; however, turned over at short prices a couple of times now and isn't improving; another golden chance here but not one for maximum faith in.
Has been thrown in at the deep end on both starts over hurdles, coming up against some useful sorts but has been far from disgraced with midfield finishes; this is weak enough for him to be considered if he can take another step forward.
Solid enough bumper debut when third at Ffos Las back in October but tookma big backwards step when well beaten in a second bumper here in January; hurdles debut today, and worth a look in the market for support.

Stuck to the task to finish fifth on bumper debut at Chepstow in late January, beaten just over 7l; ought to appreciate a few obstacles and this is not a strong event, so place chances at worst if jumping with some fluency.
Placed in a bumper and novice hurdle in two starts so far, coming up against the Festival-bound Blacko last time out; this is easier and as a 4yo he gets some weight, which is useful in this ground; not discounted.

Jack Valentine ought to be winning this if he shows his best form but that's been the case for a couple of his races and he's not delivered, so the suggestion is an e/w bet on JOBESGREEN LAD, who has shown ability on both starts so far and could easily improve in this lower grade event. Tommie Beau, Innerpickle and newcomer Mille Sussurri are all worthy of consideration in a race that might be a little more open than the betting will suggest.
