No shortage of promise from Jon Snow in his three hurdles starts but he's proving sore on punters and will likely be short enough again for this event. No shock to see him open his account soon but this isn't straightforward. FAKIERA's second at Naas last month was just as promising as anything achieved by the Mullins runner and with more to come, Davy Russell's mount edges the verdict. Valentina Lady shaped with lots of promise on heavy ground at Limerick over Christmas and should prove capable of winning before long and she joins Dinny Lacey in promising to better when things dry out.
