Unfancied when taking a Musselburgh bumper showing a much improved effort (overcame one who had the run of the race). That had the look of a decent bumper but he now has to carry a penalty against some interesting newcomers.
Stable 11-53 with bumpers newcomers since 2015 (1-2 here); still a full horse he's related to the same connections Amberose and Rubytoo; dam unraced but from a useful family. Yard won this in 2017 with another debutante Echo Express; shortlisted.
Second run from a yard not known for bumpers winners (3-65 last five seasons; 1-13 this season). Showed ability on debut although he lacked experience staying on to finish a never dangerous fifth; ought to show some progress.
Decent record in Irish point-to-points winning on his third start in maiden company. Sold for £40,000 after that victory he makes his Rules debut for a yard not unaccustomed to training bumpers winners; another to consider.
Pulled-up on her first two starts in Irish mares' maiden point-to-points she showed a little more when last seen in that sphere (still finished well beaten). Yard 0-8 in bumpers in last five seasons; others appeal far more.

Verdict

The form that Kearney Hill showed when winning at Musselburgh last time understandably sets the standard but there were a few disappointments in that race amongst the fancied runners and he meets some seemingly talented newcomers here under a penalty. Frascato Bello looks to have potential on his debut judging by his pedigree with his yard being capable of readying one first time out. NELLS SON comes from a yard who have a good record in this sphere and having won this win a newcomer in 2017 they are given the vote to repeat the dose this time around. North Parade will have learnt from his Wetherby debut whilst another newcomer Whitechurch adds depth to what could be a useful bumper.
