Close fourth in a US Grade 1 event in the autumn. Multiple turf winner who is now 2-5 on AW (both wins at Kempton over 1m/1m3f). Respectable effort in a conditions event at Wolverhampton last month. Won't be easy conceding weight but much respected.
Group 3 turf winner who is 0-3 on AW. Ran well in a small field conditions event when second (ahead of Pivoine) at Wolverhampton last month. 1lb worse on these terms, but should be a player.
A Group 2 fourth at York (1m2½f) is his best turf effort, but he has bettered that three times when winning on Polytrack, (twice at Lingfield, once here over C&D) since then. Another good effort last time at Wolverhampton. Consistent. Big player.
3-10 at up to 1m4f on AW, including twice on Polytrack at Lingfield. Has run well twice back there in handicaps since his latest win, but needs to raise his game against some of this opposition.
6-33 on AW, including four over C&D. Latest came in a handicap last April, from an official BHA mark of 92. Receives weight from all here, but may not quite have the class against one or two of these.

Pivoine has a tough ask under top weight, but is largely very consistent and should be very competitive again. Arctic Sound was comfortably ahead of him last time, and there is no major reason to think placing will alter on these revised terms, but preference is for VICTORY BOND, who looks to have the most going for him.
