Didn't need to improve greatly on his previous starts when overcoming a ten-week break to score in a Chelmsford 5f maiden (put his experience to good use). Form franked by the win of the second; should go well on handicap debut.
Off the mark last time over this trip reverting to novice company continuing his decent run of form on that unique surface. Yet to test his credentials on Polytrack as he reverts to handicaps; already beaten in this sphere off lower marks before.
Winner over 6f of a Newbury minor event she looked suited by that trip after three runs over 5f. Mixed bag of performances after that victory mostly in handicaps but failing to make the most of a falling mark; something to prove back from a break.
Modest maiden who was initially given a stiff mark in handicaps since joining this yard from Archie Watson. Didn't run badly in novice company last time over C&D; may win a low-grade sprint handicap if the handicapper relents some more.
Kept very bust as a 2yo/3yo finally getting off the mark after numerous attempts when showing improved form under optimum conditions over 5f at Kempton. Just as good in defeat last time, he has to be of interest at this level but up another 4lb.
Dual Wolverhampton 5f winner causing a big surprise for her first win having shown very little form prior to that victory. Put a blip behind her when staying on well to defeat Comeatchoo by a head last time; should give another good account.

Forecasts
Autumn Trail (6/5), Mews House (3/1), With Virtue (5/1), Hot Hot Hot (7/1), Comeatchoo (9/1), Twice As Likely (9/1), Bezzas Lad (10/1), Baileys Freedom (16/1)
Three last-time out winners make this a decent contest and not an easy one to solve. Hot Hot Hot is still at the right end of the handicap and renews her rivalry with Comeatchoo from Wolverhampton last time but the question mark over her is can she reproduce that form away from Tapeta. Given that doubt Phil McEntee’s charge may well be able to reverse that form. With Virtue returns after a wind op with the cheekpieces on for the first-time making her handicap debut, this sphere may show her in a much better light, the market may tell us more AUTUMN TRAIL makes the most appeal she’s also making her handicap debut having been successful last time (form franked) and looks on an upward curve.
- Autumn Trail
- Comeatchoo
- Hot Hot Hot
