Became expensive to follow after a series of placed efforts last season; has put that behind him this term with back0to-back novice wins over 2m4f. Far from disgraced on handicap debut last time; tough task under double penalty reverting to novices'.
Went one better in a race at Ascot that he was second in the year before to open his hurdling account. Good effort since in better company at longer trips than he faces today; reverts to novice company (handicap debut last time); has more to offer.
Career progression has been steady rather than spectacular although he did win on his hurdling debut at Huntingdon. Produced a good effort under a penalty here (2m) next time; well out of his depth in a Grade 1 last time; had a wind op since.
Offered little when finishing well beaten in a heavy-ground Uttoxeter bumper back in December. Now makes his hurdling debut but hard to make a case for him.
Winner of his sole Irish point-to-point start (May 2018) he showed some ability on a belated Rules debut over hurdles at Exeter last month. Finished a sound enough third (beaten 9L); looks sure to better in the future.
Improved immensely from first to second run in bumpers leaving his debut form well behind when second at Warwick (2m); did look a touch awkward there. Showed none of that ability in a Ludlow novice on hurdling debut (pulled up); more needed.
Cost €90,000 as a 3yo (brother to three winners) and made plenty of appeal on paper for his bumper debut. Was in need of the experience though despite starting a well-fancied 5-1; now makes his hurdles debut, better expected in the long-term.
Useful sort in bumpers winning one of his four starts in that sphere before going hurdling after 10-months off. Easy to back he ran better than the result and showed some ability despite being pulled up; stable still very quiet.
Shaped encouragingly on his hurdling debut at the start of 2019 without being given a hard time (finished third). Fell a long way short of that initial effort when next seen some 11-months later (pulled up); one of two from a yard that is in a lull.
Steadily progressive in bumpers and over hurdles he looks to have been brought along with the future in mind. Left his debut hurdles form behind last time here over a slightly longer trip (needs to jump better); one to note though in the market.
Successful on her third Irish point-to-point start (failed to complete first two) she offered little on her hurdling debut at Warwick (2m5f, soft). Hard to see her making much of an impact here based on that evidence.
Second on her only point-to-point start she's shown some fair if rather mixed form in bumpers. Faced a stiff task in a Listed bumper last time out; needs the emphasis more on stamina, worth keeping an eye on for her hurdles debut.
Debutante who is thrown in at the deep end on his hurdling/racecourse debut. Dam 2m4f hurdle winner, half-sister to 2m5f-3m hurdle/chase winner Highest Benefit; best watched for now on his initial outing.

An interesting opener with the penalised runners forming the majority of the main interest. One of those Severano failed to complete his hat-trick in handicap company last time but he returns to the novice ranks under a double penalty still looking to have plenty to offer. Igor is another of the penalised group to return to novice company from a handicap and it looks as though he’ll appreciate the drop in trip. Logan Rocks highly tried last time is eased in grade on the back of a wind op and that should enable him to get involved. DANNY KIRWAN returns from a long break looking to get off the mark over hurdles after two fine efforts so far; this step up in trip looks sure to suit.
