C&D winner was sent off favourite when finishing 2¾L third in a four runner 1m2f handicap at Lingfield last time out. Races off the same mark here and is interesting off a mark 2lb higher than when winning at Lingfield (1m2f) in December.
Completed a hat-trick when winning by ¾L in a 1m2f handicap at Lingfield last month. Had Victory Bond behind him that day and holds strong claims of recording a second C&D victory despite a 5lb rise in the weights.
Successful over 1m2f at Lingfield in November and followed that up with a decent 4L third off this 4lb higher mark over the same C&D early last month. Interesting runner in this contest.
Returning from a break when finishing 1L second to Kaser in a C&D handicap last time out. Races off the same mark here and is a notable runner having won off this mark in the past.
Progressive performer and has won each of his last two starts including by 1L from Sha La La La Lee in a C&D handicap last month. Races off a 3lb higher mark here and is one for the shortlist in this contest.
Victorious on three of his last four starts including by ½L in a handicap over 1m at Kempton at the end of last month. Step up in trip looks likely to suit and he is one to note despite racing off a 4lb higher mark on this occasion.
Forecasts
Felix (15/8), Kaser (5/2), Rangali Island (5/1), Universal Gleam (7/1), Sha La La La Lee (8/1), Victory Bond (11/1)
FELIX is unbeaten in two starts since joining his current stable and he can register a fourth victory in succession by taking this small field handicap event. The selection can get the better of Kaser who was a winner here last time while third place can go to Rangali Island who is open to improvement on his first attempt at this distance.
