Not seen since winning a point-to-point at Dingley in May 2018 and now makes his debut under Rules for the same trainer. Yard yet to have a debut bumper winner 0-9 and hard to see him making a winning debut.
Newcomer from a yard that ae 0-5 with debutantes since 2015 and are 0-12 in this sphere overall in the same timeframe. Dam, lightly raced over hurdles, half-sister to fairly useful hurdler/chaser (stayed 3m) Gulshan; hard to recommend.

Brother to Sprinter Sacre and half-brother to three winners he unsurprisingly attracted plenty of interest on his debut at Newbury. Sent off 2-1 favourite he showed plenty of ability amongst some inexperience; sure to progress further.

Started favourite on his November Newbury debut (wore a hood) but failed to live up to market expectations eventually finishing in midfield. Despite the finishing position he showed enough promise to think that he will be the main danger here.

From a fledgling yard who have only had one previous bumper runner. Half-brother to a winner in Poland at up to 7f but look unlikely to take a hand in this contest; easily passed over.

Bred more for the Flat but showed that he had sufficient stamina and some ability to take third in a Wincanton junior bumper. From a principally flat yard he was his trainers first bumper runner; sure to improve and get involved.
Went with very little promise on her bumper debut at Newbury running green and finishing well beaten. Hard to see her being good enough to be involved at the business end of this contest.

Forecasts

Flinteur Sacre (4/9), Le Bateau (4/1), Force Ten (5/1), Press Your Luck (14/1), Titaneasy (25/1), Elyaqim (33/1), Endless Adventure (50/1), Frambosin Boy (80/1), Mon Petit Cheri (100/1)

Verdict

Nicky Henderson who has a strong contender in the first division of this bumper holds an even stringer chance here with FLINTEUR SACRE who is bound to attract attention again given his pedigree. He displayed plenty of promise on his Newbury debut and the experience that he gained from that outing shouldn’t be lost on him here. If Duc De Bourbon should run well in the previous race then that will be a clear pointer to a good display from Le Bateau who finished one place ahead of him when the pair made their debuts at Wincanton. Force Ten completes the trio who are capable of winning this in what looks a weaker heat that division one with none of the newcomers making much appeal.
  1. Flinteur Sacre
  2. Force Ten
  3. Le Bateau
