Winner of one of his five starts over the larger obstacles. Not seen since March 2018 and best watched on return to action.
Last seen down the field in a Galway 2m5f handicap hurdle in July. Winner of one of his three starts over fences and is one of the more intriguing contenders.
Solid efforts on first couple of starts over fences at Galway and Fairyhouse. Can put a line through his run in the Grade 1 novice chase at Limerick on St Stephens day.
Has failed to fire in a couple of starts at Punchestown and Aintree towards the end of the year. Not a forlorn hope but others still more convincing.
Better hurdler than he is over fences. The gelding is yet to get off the mark in seven starts over the larger obstacles. Needs a few to falter.
Well beaten on all three starts over fences since the High Chaparral gelding made his debut in November. Others more compelling.
Yet to hit the frame in four starts over the larger obstacles. Well beaten at Leopardstown last month on yielding ground and others appear to have sturdier claims in this.
Beaten in a number of starts since returning to action following a 618 day lay-off in June. Pulled up behind Cappacurry Zak at Limerick last month and more needed in first-time blinkers.
Return of one win from 10 starts over fences. Winner over hurdles at Tramore last month. Can be expected to run another big race in this company.
Miserly return of one win from 15 chase starts. Pulled up over fences at Down Royal in November. Needs a sizable improvement to mix it here.
Won for the second time over fences when landing the spoils in this contest 12 months ago off a 3lb lower mark. Pulled up on only start since at Fairyhouse in February and will need plenty of luck to win again.

GLAMORGAN DUKE has been a little overwhelmed in defeat in Graded company over hurdles and the larger obstacles in November/December but can get off the mark over fences at the fourth time of asking on handicap debut. The Paul Gilligan-trained gelding can build on his run in a beginners contest at Fairyhouse in November with the Gavin Cromwell-trained Brex Drago and Cappacurry Zak a gambled on winner at Limerick over Christmas look capable of producing bold bids. Gwencily Berbas and Ice Cold Soul have enough ability to hit the frame.
- Glamorgan Duke
- Brex Drago
- Cappacurry Zak
