Lightly-raced for his age and took advantage of his unexposed nature with facile success over C&D on Boxing Day. Thrown up 11lb since then but still has good potential for this yard.
Hampered by injuries during his career with last win coming at Kempton in December 2018. Finished last on his previous three starts and needs a great bounce back in this.
C&D winner in the past and last win came at Haydock in July. Runner-up here in November but subsequently disappointed at Lingfield last month. Claims on previous effort at this track.
Listed winner in his prime and was showing good levels of form for new stable during the summer before tame fifth at Doncaster (7f) in August. Not seen since but yard can ready one on comeback.
Has won at this track and last win came at Lingfield in November. Not as good at that venue since - finishing fifth - (7f) just over two weeks ago. Will need to find previous level to be competitive.
Twice a winner on the turf in Autumn but remains a maiden on the AW with just respectable efforts to date. Was a 4L third at Southwell on Monday and looks booked for minor honours once again.
Last Year's Winner
Ghaith (6/5), Fastar (4/1), That Is The Spirit (9/2), Smokey Lane (13/2), Bobby Wheeler (8/1), Mickey (9/1), Luis Vaz De Torres (9/1)
