Has done all his winning at Southwell but has run well enough at Newcastle to suggest this surface will suffice. Dropped in class and favoured by the weights so hard to overlook for an in-form rider/trainer combination.
Irish challenger scored here in October 2018 off a mark of 46 under today's rider. Has improved significantly since and not out of this if sharpened up by his two runs following a lengthy break.
17-race maiden has gone close on a few occasions and has run well here. Faces a stiff task at the weights and hard to see blinkers making enough of a difference.
Has competed at much higher levels than this but more recently he has gone into a rapid decline. Form has been a bit better lately, but it's hard to be convinced he still has what is going to be required here.
Scored off a mark of 77 a year ago but form has declined since and the seller he won last month came off 55. Comfortably held on both starts since and blinkers not enough to enhance his appeal.
