Versatile; in sound form under both codes last spring; 9lb higher than when beating Molliana by 6L at Plumpton (2m4½f, good); a shade below par lately, so on the face of things has plenty to prove.
The handicapper hasn't cut him much slack despite a couple of recent moderate efforts; makes his first start for Barry Brennan after leaving the care of David Pipe for £5,000.
Showed bits and pieces of ability last season for Philip Hobbs; moved on for £7,000 in May 2019; was in contention when hitting the second last flight on stable debut at Market Rasen (2m4½f, good to soft) on Boxing Day; 2lb lower.
Perfectly capable of competing in this kind of contest but badly out of sorts of late; always in the rear when a tailed-off 13th of 14 at Taunton (2m3f, soft) a fortnight ago; it's difficult to be wildly optimistic about his chances.
Newly tongue-tied Sans Frontieres gelding; runner-up on debut in a Ffos Las bumper (2m, heavy) in December 2018; modest over hurdles so far (first start for 300 days); check for a possible market move on handicap debut; interesting.
Sole win came at Plumpton (2m juvenile, good) in September 2018; placed on each of her last two starts (2m-2m6f) although it's difficult to state that she's particularly well handicapped; others are readily preferred.
Five-race maiden with what can only be described as very moderate form; makes her handicap debut at a realistic level (and that's about all of the positives that can be offered).
Better known as a chaser (3-22 over fences); hasn't competed over hurdles since May 2015; is making just his second start for Fergal O'Brien - sixth of 11 to Seeanythingyoulike at Warwick (2m, soft) on New Year's Eve; heavy ground is ideal.
Exploited a basement (and easing) mark when pushed clear to beat Go As You Please by 6L at Warwick (2m3f novices' handicap, soft) on New Year's Eve; a subsequent 10lb rise is at least partially negated by the 3lb claimer Jack Savage.
Maiden (0-6); veered left and unseated her rider at the first on her comeback run at Exeter (2m1f, good) in October; truthfully hasn't been all that more enticing in three starts since; look elsewhere with a high degree of confidence.
Infrequent winner (1-24 under rules); beaten 2-1f in a weak 2m4f mares' handicap at Uttoxeter (heavy) 58 days ago - finished 22L third of seven to Vereina.
Made the frame on his return to the smaller obstacles at Plumpton (2m, soft) six weeks ago, finishing 10L third to Zoe Davison's Scruitinse; is now rated 29lb lower than for his last success at Plumpton (January 2017).
