Colt by Cappella Sansevero out of a Fasliyev mare. One of two runners at the venue this evening for a trainer who has a 43% win and place strike rate here in the first two weeks of the year since 2016.
Colt by Le Harve out of a Makfi mare. Dam winner over 1m/1m1f. Closely related to Gm Hopkins winner over 1m/1m1f. Interesting debutante.
Colt by Dandy Man out of an Invincible Spirit mare. Dam won over 7f. Promising third of 14 beaten 9¼L on debut in a 7f maiden here last month. May be capable of a bold bid.
Excelebration colt out of a Fantastic Light mare. Half-brother to three winners, including Pack Leader winner at 1m2f/1m3f. Market likely to reveal expectations on debut.
Will need to improve on sole start for trainer Shaun Keightley in a 7f novice contest at Chelmsford in October. Yard have a 25% strike rate at this venue in the first two weeks of the year since 2016.
Colt by Warrior's Reward out of a USA bred mare. Cost $50,000 as a yearling. Dam winner over 6f/7f. Possibly best watched on debut unless market vibes suggest otherwise.
Camelot gelding out of a Sri Pekan mare. Represents a trainer who boasts a 44% win and place strike rate at this venue since 2016 in the first couple of weeks of the new year.
Eight-race maiden. Ran with plenty of credit over 7f here on final start for trainer Aidan O'Brien finishing fourth of 14 beaten 2L. First career runner for fledgling trainer.
Gelding by Clodovil out of a Loup Sauvage mare. Trainer is 10 wins from 40 starters at this venue in the first two weeks of the year since 2016.
Seven-race maiden. Not disgraced on first start here over 7f last month beaten over 5L behind Whoareyouanyway. Can give a good account without posing serious threat to principals.
Ran well in defeat over C&D last month on just her third career start when beaten a neck behind Apricot Moon. Appears to have every chance of going close with a repeat effort.
Not disgraced in three starts at this venue including an encouraging effort over C&D in October. Gives the impression we may not have seen the best of her yet.
