Good second over 2m4f at Carlisle (soft) on seasonal debut in October but disappointed next time out. Fallen the last twice including two out when 5L third over 2m3f at Haydock (heavy) last month.
Stepped up on his return from wind surgery when finishing ½L second in a 2m4f handicap hurdle at Sedgefield (soft) last month. Races off a 2lb higher mark here and is an interesting runner in this contest.
Ran well when finishing 13L second in a 2m novice hurdle at Warwick (soft) in November. Given a short break since and is one for the shortlist stepping back up in trip on handicap debut.
Well held 33L third in a 3m1f maiden hurdle at Carlisle (soft) last month. Dropping back in trip off a mark 4lb lower than when finishing 7L sixth at Haydock (2m3f, soft) on his penultimate start.
Beaten 34L when finishing fourth in a novice hurdle over an extended 2m at Bangor (heavy) last time out. Market support would be notable stepping up in distance on handicap debut.
Disappointing 48L fourth in a handicap hurdle over an extended 2m4f at Southwell (heavy) last time out. Worth a check in the market racing off a 3lb lower mark in this race.
