Typically a strong performer on the AW in recent seasons but failing to really trouble the judge this term, including 2L third at Chelmsford (5f) six days ago. Claims in weaker-looking conditions contest.
Typically suited better to the AW and running to his mark this term, including when third of eight behind Lomu at Wolverhampton (5f) last month. Could be struggling off level weights in this company.
Less exposed than some of his rivals and was second behind Watchable over C&D in November before gaining success at Deauville (6f) last month. That was impressive and should go close again.
Revitalised since switching to this yard and unbeaten in two starts this AW term, including handicap success over some rivals at Wolverhampton (5f) just before Christmas. Career-high mark now though and off level weights in this.
Not beaten far when second to Lomu at Wolverhampton (5f) in mid-December but poorer back at that venue (6f) on Boxing Day. Entitled to place claims on previous solid form however.
Grand servant for this yard and ended 2019 with two AW successes in a row. Struggled off 4lb higher mark last time however and off the same rating in this contest.
Unexposed in this field, winning twice in a row at Southwell in the autumn before good second at that venue (5f) last month. Gets 1lb fillies allowance and merits some consideration.

A trappy-looking contest, preference is for the classy-looking GOOD EFFORT, who ran Watchable close in handicap company two starts ago but oozed authority with his 4L success in France. He could prove difficult to beat off level weights in this. Corinthia Knight usually excels on this surface but hasn't found his usual standard so far this winter but the Cheekpieces could irk out further improvement, while the likes of the unexposed Hareem Queen and the revitalised Lomu face their stiffest tasks to date but arrive on a purple patch of form.
