Made a mockery of a mark of 125 when winning at odds of 40-1 here (2m4f, soft) in December 2018 before doubling-up over C&D; struggled in the Eider Chase (4m) thereafter and has kept essentially poor form since; stablemate of Scoop The Pot.
Travelled well throughout when an easy 10L winner on his third start for Sean Curran at Chepstow (2m3½f, soft) four weeks ago - the second has run well in defeat since; 10lb higher over a longer trip; a key player nevertheless.
Twice a winner over fences (Exeter & Fontwell) for Philip Hobbs; contested the Durham National (Sedgefield) on debut for Ben Haslam; easing in the weights without signs of a revival necessarily appearing to be imminent; stablemate of Rock On Fruity.
Well clear of his stablemate Emirat De Catana (a final fence faller) when making a winning rules chasing debut at Kelso (2m7½f, soft) in October; hit with a 10lb rise since, yet remains a most promising individual for Lucinda Russell.
Just held by the Tommy Whittle/The Last Fling (Haydock) winner Lord Du Mesnil over C&D (heavy) in November; low-mileage over fences (0-2) and has always possessed ability (along with a few quirks); well-handicapped despite a subsequent 5lb rise?
Posted an authoritative display when winning at Wetherby (2m3½f, good) in October 2018 (now rated 4lb lower); set some stiff tasks since including in the Scottish Grand National, albeit form figures of 4PPP6 during 2019 temper any real enthusiasm.
Bled from the nose when finishing immediately behind Sam's Adventure on chasing debut at Carlisle (2m4f, soft) in November; off since (for 62 days) and returns wearing a newly applied tongue-tie; isn't punitively handicapped off a mark of 123.
Got his act together in no uncertain terms with an exemplary round of fencing over C&D (soft) 23 days ago; sits 7lb higher in a stronger contest (Class 3) but would merit a degree of respect if able to reproduce that showing.

Sam's Adventure (5/2), Domaine De L'Isle (3/1), Looks Like Murt (7/2), Capard King (9/2), Pookie Pekan (6/1), Lygon Rock (8/1), Acdc (20/1), Rock On Fruity (33/1), Scoop The Pot (50/1)
A strong Class 3 handicap chase which features no fewer than four last-time out winners. Capard King posted an exemplary round of jumping when successful over C&D (soft) 23 days ago, while the Sean Curran-trained Domaine De L'Isle has continued to improve since fitted with a tongue-tie. Meanwhile both Pookie Pekan and Looks Like Murt tackle stronger opponents than when winning at Carlisle and Kelso respectively. However, the horse to stick with is the talented SAM'S ADVENTURE. He remains low-mileage over fences with a 5lb rise for finishing a neck second to Lord Du Mesnil (twice a Haydock winner since) considered potentially lenient.

- Domaine De L'Isle
