Off the mark at the fifth time of asking for connections when landing a Wexford 2m in October. Beaten since but represents a yard with a 71% win and place strike rate at this meeting on New Years Day since 2017,
Seven-race maiden over hurdles. Disappointed on last run at Limerick in November. Yard have had two winners and four placed from 18 runners on this New Years Day fixture since 2017.
Failed to build on a promising hurdling debut when pulling up when tailed off in a Fairyhouse 2m4f maiden on heavy ground in November. Yard have a 33%win and place strike rate at this meeting in the last three years.
Nine-race maiden over hurdles but the daughter of Gold Well has hit the frame on four occasions including on her last couple of starts at Wexford and Cork in November. Capable of a bold bid.
Gold Well gelding out of a Kahyasi mare. Beaten 55L on debut over hurdles at Navan last month but likely to improve here. Represents a yard who boast a 46% win and place strike rate at this meeting on New Years Day since 2017.
Well held in a Punchestown bumper in November before finishing fourth of 14 beaten 44L on hurdling debut over C&D on heavy ground last month. More needed.
Well beaten on all three career starts over hurdles since his debut at Fairyhouse in October. Hard to fancy on overall evidence and others hold sturdier claims in this contest.
By Most Improved out of a Dushyantor mare. Beaten 103L on hurdling debut in a Naas 2m3f contest last month. Plenty to find on second start.
Pleasing run to finish third of 14 beaten 8¼L in a Limerick 2m3f soft/heavy ground maiden hurdle when last seen in November on second start over timber. Any market support could be significant.
Daughter of Arcadio out of an Oscar mare. Cost €5,000 as a three-year-old. Sister to the useful 2m - 2m4f hurdle winner I'm A Game Changer. Makes limited appeal on hurdling debut following three dismal bumper efforts so far.
Well tried in bumper company finishing in the frame in two of her six starts since May 2018. Not seen since March with market likely to be the best guide on return to action on hurdling debut.
Mustameet half-sister to bumper winner/useful hurdler Laser Light. Well held in three starts over hurdles since October and first time blinkers unlikely to bring about the required amount of progression needed to land a blow here.
Daughter of Stowaway out of a Shantou mare. Dam unraced. Possibly best watched on debut with the Co Kilkenny yard without a winner over hurdles this term from 15 starters.
Daughter of September Storm out of a Flemensfirth mare. Well held and never nearer in a couple of career starts so far in bumpers at Galway and at this track when last seen in October.
Daughter of Ask. Likely to improve on promising hurdling introduction at this venue over 2m last month. Yard have had four winners and two placed from 13 runner in the last three years at this New Years Day meeting.
