Half-sister to smart novice chaser Champ, and has improved by the run over hurdles, her best effort when winning a 15-runner maiden at Punchestown last time by 16 lengths from Minella Encore. Value for extra there, and the one to beat again.
Bumper winner who has shown progressive form over timber, and ran well when a staying-on second of 5 to Minella Melody in a Listed mares novice at Punchestown last month. Can give Drury something to think about.
Has made only limited impact in a couple of bumpers, and looks to face a stiff task on her hurdles debut. Hard to fancy.
Third in a similar even over C&D just over a year ago, and has since finished second in a Flat handicap, albeit rated just 53 for that outing. Should give her running, but improvement required to win.
Tailed off on sole start in bumpers, and similar story starting out over hurdles at Navan last month. No appeal.

There isn't a great deal to choose between DRURY and Mount Ida in what has the look of a match, and while the drop in trip is arguably in the latter's favour, Drury - a half-sister to Champ from the family of Best Mate - gets a marginal vote after an impressive display at Punchestown last time. Strange Notions is best of the rest.
