Dual bumper winner, encouraging second of 15 beaten over 9L on maiden hurdle debut at Cork last month. Entitled to have designs on prize money and looks well ahead of the opposition.

Daughter of Yeats bought for £50,000 after winning sole point-to-point start by 14L. Off the mark at the second time of asking in a Downpatrick bumper when last seen in June. Likely to be popular in the market.

Daughter of Jeremy out of a half-sister to top class hurdler Our Conor. Facile winner of a 14 runner bumper at this venue when last seen over 12 months ago. Worth a market check on hurdling debut.

Belatedly built on promise of debut second when winning a 22-runner bumper at Naas before disappointing when stepping into Listed company at Navan last month. Interesting hurdling recruit.

Peak effort of four over hurdles so far was her 11L second in a mares' novice contest at Sedgefield over 2m4f on soft ground in March. Hard to fancy on any of her three subsequent runs.

33/1
Posted a career best effort when finishing third of 17 beaten over 16L in a Thurles maiden hurdle when last seen in October. Not to be taken lightly.
7
Horse silk
50/1
Daughter of Flemensfirth out of a Gone Fishin mare. Nothing of note in three desperate career starts so far. Others make more appeal.
8
Horse silk
66/1
Daughter of Beat Hollow out of a Blueprint mare. Lightly raced maiden well beaten in a couple of starts over hurdles. Likely to find it tough going here.
9
Horse silk
50/1
Has a runner up position and a win from two career starts in point-to-point company. First-time hood fitted and could go well at a price.
10
Horse silk
66/1
Daughter of Ask out of a Flemensfirth mare. Dam winner of one of her four point-to-point starts but unsuccessful over hurdles and the larger obstacles. Watching brief on debut.
12
Horse silk
100/1
Daughter of Winged Love. Well beaten in three dismal point-to-point efforts. First time cheekpieces unlikely to bring about the required amount of improvement needed to play a role here.
13
Horse silk
100/1
Has failed to build on a promising bumper effort at Kilbeggan in September, posting four poor efforts since, three of them over hurdles. Needs a chunk of improvement to play a role here.
14
Horse silk
50/1
Daughter of Kayf Tara out of a Presenting mare. Dam winner of a bumper and over hurdles between 2m and 2m5f. Market likely to reveal expectations on hurdling debut.
15
Horse silk
66/1
Won a mares' point-to-point in March before a couple of dismal efforts in a Cork bumper and a 34L reversal between the flags last month.
16
Horse silk
100/1
Sans Frontieres gelding out of an unraced half-sister to useful 2m-2m2f hurdle/chase winner Competitive Edge. Tailed off on sole start over hurdles earlier this month and unlikely to be troubling the judge here.

Colreevy (2/5), Scarlet And Dove (3/1), Lady Breffni (15/2), Valentina Lady (9/1), Lady Mccabe (20/1), Clancypantz (33/1), Carrolls Grove (50/1), Flying Crystal (50/1), Irregularheartbeat (50/1), Little Token (66/1), Hollow Lady (66/1), Kayla's Delight (66/1), Anjilina (66/1), Annual Flavour (100/1), Miss Anfield (100/1), Lady Velazquez (100/1)

Verdict

It's hard to see past the chances of COLREEVY for the Willie Mullins yard. The Grade 1 winner of the Champion bumper at the Punchestown festival in May should have enough to dispose of the opposition on her second start over hurdles. The Joseph O'Brien pair Scarlet And Dove along with Lady Breffni can emerge as a likely threat to the six-year-old. The Paul Nolan-trained Valentina Lady should not be taken lightly to finish in the frame.
