Beaten 27L when fifth in a 2m maiden hurdle at Plumpton (2m) on debut in November but failed to back that up when beaten 67L over the same trip at Huntingdon (good-to-soft) subsequently. Probably best watched stepping up in trip.
Impressed in winning by 5L in a 3m point-to-point on soft ground at Castletown-Geoghegan in early October. Purchased for £150,000 at the sales subsequently and he is an interesting runner on Rules debut.
Fair effort despite finishing last of five when beaten 19L in a bumper over an extended 2m at Market Rasen (good) on debut in April. Worth a check in the market on hurdling debut.
Placed in a 2m2f hurdle at Auteuil (very soft) in November last year and debuted for this yard with a decent 30L fifth in a maiden hurdle over an extended 2m3f at Chepstow (soft) a month ago. One to note in this contest.
Point-to-point winner over 3m at Cothelstone (good) in March. Beaten in that sphere subsequently and is an interesting contender following a 21L sixth in a maiden hurdle over an extended 2m3f at Ascot (soft) on last months Rules debut.
Failed to finish in three point-to-point starts but fared better when beaten 9½L in finishing fourth in a bumper over an extended 2m at Market Rasen (soft) on debut for this yard last month. Market support would be notable on hurdling debut.
Beaten 21L when finishing tenth in a bumper over an extended 1m7f at Southwell (good) on debut in November 2017. Others make more appeal switched to hurdles following over two years off the track.
Forecasts
Enzo D'Airy (1/1), St Barts (13/8), Do Your Job (10/1), Ubetya (14/1), Emphatic Qualm (25/1), Dapa Lad (33/1), Mighty Elsa (50/1)
ENZO D'AIRY ran well in a decent looking maiden hurdle on his stable debut last month and he can get off the mark on his second start for this yard in this small field contest. Second place can go to Do Your Job, an expensive purchase following a point-to-point victory in the autumn while third place can go the way of St Barts who showed ability on Rules debut last month.
