Best effort for a while when running No Speed Limit to 1¼L over C&D late last month off a similar mark before a 3L defeat over the combination last month. Not to be taken lightly.

A win and a second on only two runs for John Gosden last year but sold for just 11,000gns in May. Posted a career best effort on this surface last month running Dash D'or to 3¼L over 6f. More needed stepping up in trip.

11th of 14 but only beaten 3¾L over 6f here last month. One from four over C&D and worthy of consideration to hit the frame in this contest.

All three starts at this venue have come over 1m where the Red Jazz gelding has failed to trouble the judge on each occasion. Needs a few to falter.

Mixed messages in a number of starts on turf towards the end of the season. Worth a check in the market now racing 10lb lower than last winning mark.

Verdict

The Patrick Flynn-trained WHATHARM won for the second time in his career when landing a 14 runner handicap over 1m on his first visit to this venue off a 5lb lower mark last month. The Canford Cliffs gelding is likely to appreciate the drop in trip here at the expense of the Edward Lynam-trained Dubai Rainbow. Will Be King appears to be holding his form well and looks more than capable of another bold bid. Have A Nice Day, Lincoln and Brothers In Arms appear capable of outrunning their odds. C&D winner Annabelle Rock should not be taken lightly back at this trip and could go well at a price.
