The only previous hurdles winner so must shoulder a 6lb penalty. That win came last time out at Ludlow over 2m4½f on heavy. With similar conditions today and more to come a bold bid is fully expected for in-form yard.
Not totally disgraced in novices here last term but far from competitive; possibly biting off a bit too much here and may be one for handicaps down the line.
Held in a couple of point-to-point bumpers and tailed off in a Wincanton bumper and course novices hurdles. Makes no appeal.
Fair fifth on debut here last term but form markedly tailed off since, including distant eighth over C&D and 12th over C&D. No reason for optimism.
Winner of two of her three starts in the French provinces last year before joining this yard and finishing fourth of nine at Ludlow. Last run her first in 12 months so may strip fitter and merits respect for last year's winning yard.

Useful bumper form, won twice, landing a Sandown Listed event on her third start. Second on hurdles bow at Market Rasen where she was outjumped at the last by a previous winner. Leading claims here.
Progressed well enough to land Kelso bumper in September but made an underwhelming start over hurdles here when weakening into 10th of 16. Expecting better here but unlikely to challenge for more than a minor placing.
Maiden of 11 between Flat and bumper races and never made the frame. Flat rating now a lowly 43 and makes no appeal here.
50/1 and tailed off here on hurdles bow although gave the field a big start when reluctant to jump off. Still that effort like her bumper form leaves a lot to be desired.
Fontwell bumper winner shaped like a stayer in two midfield efforts to date over hurdles with her 29L C&D seventh latest very much suggesting that. No back number in a weak contest but likely find a couple too strong.
Off 1692 days between her lone point in 2015 and when pulled up at Ffos Las last month. Impossible to fancy.

Listed bumper winner MISTY WHISKY ran perfectly well first time over hurdles when just finding a race-fit previous winner too strong late on. She should have come forward for that and can use the experience to go one better here. Like at Market Rasen the danger is a previous winner under a penalty in Eleanor Bob who won with plenty in hand at Ludlow in stamina sapping conditions. Philip Hobbs won this race last year; he runs two and Barry Geraghty's mount Feuille De Chene looks the stronger; her French Flat form makes her a potential improver second time out for the stable.
