Improved on his first chase effort to score at Hereford last time (3m1f, soft). Has gone up 9lb for that, but remains unexposed and is a leading player here.
Placed in all three of his chase runs (all Fontwell), but his first one was better than his last two. Cheekpieces go on and he also goes up in trip here, but does have a little bit to prove now.
1-9 over fences and has just a good ground Newton Abbot success (2m5f) to his name. Was back up in trip last time, when a close second, but his overall profile doesn't convince he stays this far and heavy ground is also a concern.
Goes well here and led over the last in his most recent run (3m4f) until being collared late on. Acts on heavy. Up 2lb and while he can probably make the frame, a win will be more difficult to come by.
Heavy ground bumper winner here in 2016. but hasn't won since. Was runner-up from this mark here over fences last year, but plenty to prove on what we have seen since.

Hard To Forget (6/4), Battle Of Ideas (11/4), Clondaw Bisto (5/1), Reallyradical (13/2), Dylanseoghan (7/1), The Lion Dancer (12/1)
The impression left by HARD TO FORGET's Hereford win suggests that he can defy a 9lb rise and add to that here. The Lion Dancer could come into this, but needs to be forgiven a below par recent reappearance, while Dylanseoghan is probably best of the remainder.
