Ivawood gelding who showed ability for David Evans when runner-up on debut at Chepstow in May and duly obliged following start over 6f at Windsor soon after. Not seen since and makes debut now for new yard under winner's penalty.
32,000 euros Harbour Watch gelding who didn't show much on debut when very green here over 7f two weeks ago, but did a little better when eighth at Lingfield three days later. Drops back in trip but likely to do better once handicapped.
75,000gns Camacho colt from yard in fair form at present. Showed signs of ability on debut at Lingfield last month and should have learned plenty. Stable jockey now takes over.
125,000gns yearling but sold for 30,000gns this April. Hampered start and always struggling when 100/1 on debut here recently over 7f. Drops back 1f but may need a little more time.
Gelded son of Society Rock made a very promising racecourse bow when close second in Wolverhampton 6f novice stakes last month, running on well close home. Solid claims on that and should have learned plenty.
Kyllachy colt whose dam won seven times at 5f-6f. Looked very green on debut over 5f at Wolverhampton last month when slow to break before making modest late headway. Extra furlong a plus but needs to show more to figure here.
45,000gns No Nay Never colt whose dam won at 7f and 1m. Represents powerful yard who can get them fit for debut so well worth checking for any signs of market confidence.
Acclamation filly who is half-sister to two winners at 6f and 7f. Yard fairly quiet at moment but has fair 14% strike rate with juveniles at this venue.
Bated Breath filly out of 1m AW winner. Middle-distance pedigree on dam's side and likely to stay beyond a mile so could find this trip on the sharp side on debut unless market tellls a different story. Yard in good form though.
Kodiac half-sister to three fair winners. Top yard has just 12% strike rate with juveniles here and has been rather quiet in recent weeks. Worth a glance but may find one or two too good on racecourse debut.
Daughter of Dutch Art out of decent 6f 2yo winner. Top yard has 14% success rate with juveniles at this track. Missed break on debut here last week when last of 11 but did show ability when recovering to chase leaders until tiring.
40,000gns Invincible Spirit filly, half-sister to five decent performers. Not seen since 5f debut at Sandown in July where showed signs of ability. Yard had wide-margin 2yo winner here last week so a market check is well advised.

Plenty of good yards represented in this maiden but the proven form of SHINE ON BRENDAN should give him the edge having gone very close on debut at Wolverhampton last week. Previous winner Ivatheengine sets a fair standard but his more than six-month absence is a slight concern, while the market may well prove a fair guide to expectations from the others with to have run, including the likes of Up To Speed, Sena, and Limaro Prospect. Of the newcomers, Snowball Jackson and Lily Like make most appeal.
