Posted a career best effort over hurdles when finishing third of 16 beaten 2L over 2m on heavy ground before disappointing again as the 5/2f in a Fairyhouse handicap over 2m4½f. Market check on return and third start over the larger obstacles.
Gelding by Presenting. Has been left toiling in five starts over fences so far. Difficult to see where any obvious improvement will come from.
Fancied to run a big race when finishing third of 15 beaten 5½L in a Galway handicap chase over 2m6½f on soft ground in October before disappointing again when pulling up as beaten favourite last month. Any market move would be significant.
Running well in defeat in a number of starts on the AW at Dundalk since September. Last seen over the larger obstacles two years ago when in the care of trainer Prunella Dobbs. Hard to make a case for.
Veteran, late to the chasing game, finishing fifth of 11 beaten 35L on debut over fences in a Punchestown beginners contest in June. Well behind in two chase starts since and impossible to fancy in this contest.
Got off the mark at the 25th time of asking for connections winning a Clonmel handicap chase off a 6lb lower mark at odds of 12/1 in March. Pulled up when last seen in April and will more than likely need a few to falter in this.
16-race maiden without a win in six starts over fences. Liable to find a couple stronger as the gelding reaches the twilight of his career but no forlorn hope in first-time blinkers.

Forecasts
Golden Sunset (11/4), An Droichead Gorm (3/1), Lovely Carrig (7/2), Mr Bolt (6/1), Flynsini (6/1), Highest Benefit (8/1), Accordion Twilight (12/1), Carried (20/1)
With the rating of 95 given to Lovely Carrig on handicap debut looking a little harsh, AN DROICHEAD GORM can get off the mark for connections at the fifth time of asking over the larger obstacles. The six-year-old was reportedly 'never travelling' on his last start at Fairyhouse last month but can build on a promising run on handicap debut at Galway in October. Bottom weight, Mr Bolt can emerge as the biggest danger in first-time blinkers to assist the veteran 14-year-old. Golden Sunset and Highest Benefit are not out of it in a competitive handicap.
- An Droichead Gorm
- Mr Bolt
- Lovely Carrig
