Took advantage of the quirks of her main rivals to score when last seen at Newcastle (mares' novice hurdle) finally living up to her bumper promise. Hardly thrown in on her handicap debut but looks the sort to progress in this sphere.
Won back-to-back Perth 2m4f handicaps in the summer of 2018 prior to the yard hitting the doldrums before failing to progress in two subsequent 2m starts. Yard in returning to form now; fallen back to last wining mark, better over further.
Up in trip and a switch to handicaps saw an improved performance over 2m4f here last time when not seen to best effect in a slowly run race. Tongue-tie added to usual hood; drop in trip may not suit but has more to offer in handicaps.
Second over C&D in testing conditions in October is easily his best piece of form although two heavy defeats since have left a blemish on his CV. Steps into handicaps for the first time, may do a little better; needs to show some evidence first.
Dual novice hurdle winner for David Dennis prior to progressing steadily for Tristan Davidson winning a 2m Newcastle handicap hurdle on his final start for that yard. Off since then, now with his third jumping yard, may need this outing.
Lightly-raced of late but has been a fairly useful hurdler in the past (won off a mark of 121). Had two starts since a recent wind op failing to come on from his reappearance after that procedure; would need to have shown more to be of interest.
C&D winner (October 2017) on his second hurdles start; lightly-raced since then shaping quite well here last time over 3m2f after six months off. Should be able to show more with that behind him although the jury is now out on what trip he's best at.
Thwarted in his hat-trick bid by Lostock Hall in March his form since after seven months off has been a real mixed bag. Ran no sort of race last time having returned to winning form the time before in a weak race at Sedgefield; this looks tougher.
Made very little impact when making his handicap debut at Ayr last time when pulled up in testing conditions over 2m4f. Novice hurdle form had suggested he would have more chance it handicaps, will have to prove that to be the case before supporting.
Bumper winner here who has run consistently well in handicaps without yet winning one. Form of her second last time out over 2m5f at Wetherby has been well advertised (split two subsequent winners); off the same mark, has to cope with return to 2m.
Shown some modest encouragement in his hurdles starts particularly since joining this yard (has the air of one being brought along gradually). Not knocked around last time over 2m; creeps into this off a reasonable mark, note a market move.
Useful sort on the Flat up to 1m4f with the penny slowly starting to drop over hurdles. Yet to really get involved at the finish, likely to have needed the run last time, could well be outrun his odds from what looks to be a relatively lenient mark.
Well held when making her handicap debut at Carlisle recently offering little hope for the future with a weak effort. Eased 5lb for that run she's bred to be suited by further than this 2m and likely to struggle to get involved.
AW bumper winner on her debut at 20-1 on the Newcastle Tapeta but has failed to show anything since then in the same sphere and over hurdle. Both handicap starts separated by a break have amounted to very little; needs another ease in the weights.
