Well held on both of the Oscar geldings first couple of starts over hurdles when sent off a odds of 100/1 on each occasion. Others preferred.
Gelding by Alberto Giacometti out of a French bred mare. Not seen since finishing well-beaten in a maiden hurdle at Leopardstown almost two years ago.
Gelding by Robin Des Champs out of an Oscar mare. Brother to Simon Squirrel a winner over hurdles at up to 2m2f. Likely to appreciate the experience on first start over timber.
Oscar gelding. Related to some useful staying types; no real sign of immediate brilliance on three point-to-point starts in 2018. Fifth of 16 beaten 49L on hurdling debut at Naas over 2m3f last month. Others look open to more improvement.
Flemensfirth gelding out of a Sea Raven mare. Pulled up when detached from the start in a Clonmel maiden over 2m3½f over 12 months ago. More of the same story at Down Royal when last seen in March.
Useful 60-rated handicapper on the Flat but well held in a number of starts over the summer. Not disgraced on hurdling debut in a Limerick 2m contest last month. Others look more convincing.
Winner of one of his five starts on the Flat but well held in a couple of starts when last seen in October. Infrequent visits to the track will not be helping the gelding as he bids to progress in the game.
Morozov gelding. Beaten 19L when midfield in soft ground Bumper debut at Listowel in September before a desperate effort on hurdling introduction at Clonmel when last seen in October. Hard to make a case for.
Generally disappointing in bumpers and it has been a similar story in a couple of starts over hurdles last month when sent off at odds of 100/1 before running accordingly on each occasion. Hard to fancy against these rivals.
Last of eight runners when last seen beaten 34L in a Navan bumper over 2m on yielding ground this time last year. Breakthrough success unlikely to be happening in this contest.
Winner of a 1m4f maiden on soft ground when in the care of trainer Aidan O'Brien on his penultimate start in August 2017. Never a factor on hurdling and stable debut over 2m on soft ground at Limerick late last month.
Had been improving with every run in four starts so it was no surprise to see him winning a Downpatrick bumper in late September. Pleasing and promising third of 14 on hurdling introduction at Down Royal at the beginning of last month. Big Player.
Rio De La Plata gelding out of a Slickly mare, last to finish on debut in Killarney bumper in May before finishing last of 14 in a similar contest at Navan on return to action last month. Easy to look elsewhere.
Shown a decent level of progression from run to run in bumpers. Would need to step up significantly on that form on hurdling debut in this contest.
Cost 7,000 euros as a three-year-old; has not shown any real promise in two point-to-point outings before finishing a never nearer 18th of 25 on hurdling bow at Naas last month. Likely to find it tough going.
Milan gelding. Brother to a multiple winner in Real Milan. Wretched effort on debut over 2m in a Cork hurdle last month when always in rear and never a factor.
Poor form on the Flat in three starts for trainer Luca Cumani in the summer of 2018 and well down the pack on hurdling debut in a Punchestown maiden late last month. Hard to fancy on second start.
Nothing of note in a couple of bumper starts before a number of defeats over hurdles since May including falling when still in contention at Roscommon when last seen in June. Could be a lively outsider.
Gelding by Morozov. Cost 7,000 euros as a foal and is related to some fair National Hunt performers. Not disgraced on first start over timber at Limerick late last month and worth a check in the market.
Milan gelding out of a Beneficial mare. Closely related to 2m2f bumper winner Active Force. Plenty of mistakes on only racecourse appearance at Ballinrobe before being pulled up; unlikely to be getting involved.
Romped home to win by 15L on debut in a Down Royal bumper, before disappointing against Grade 3 opponents in the spring. Promising efforts over hurdles when running well in defeat in a couple of spins since October. Not to be taken lightly.
Daughter of Beneficial out of a Revoque mare. Winner of a point-to-point start last December. Fifth of 12 beaten 65L on first run over hurdles early last month at this venue over 2m4f. Has a bit to prove at present.
Daughter of Libranno out of a Hurricane Run mare. French import, four-race maiden on the Flat. Well held and never a factor in a couple of initial starts over hurdles and unlikely to be getting off the mark here.
Has been generally consistent on all three of his bumper appearances including when finishing runner-up at Galway in October. Down the field on first start over timber early last month but one to note if the subject of interest in the betting.

TECUMSEH SHERMAN can get off the mark at the second time of asking following an encouraging effort when finishing third of 14 in a Down Royal maiden over 2m6f early last month. The King's Theatre gelding looks an exciting prospect and can get the better of Fag An Bealach who can emerge as the biggest danger following a number of promising maiden hurdle starts since October. Thousand Tears for trainer John Burke and newcomer Donkey Years for owner J P McManus could be of interest in the market.
