Singing Sheriff will appreciate the return to 1½m after a fast-finishing second over shorter last time, and he is shortlisted, but the same remark applies to C&D winner ARABIC CULTURE after a solid second at Newcastle, and this consistent sort can enhance his good record on the surface.
