Improved from first to second run at Naas last November before disappointing at Ballinrobe when next seen out in August; difficult to assess and probably best watched here.
Below-par 16-race maiden who has failed to complete on two of his last four racecourse appearances and hard to see him being good enough here.
Rewarded for some consistent efforts over hurdles when winning at Killarney in September;. well held on three occasions since and needs to show more sparkle before any faith is placed in him.
Modest Flat performer; has raced over hurdles just four times and showed little appetite for jumping; hard to totally write off but others preferred.
Won a maiden hurdle well enough at Wexford in April but struggled a bit afterwards in handicaps; interesting stepping back to novice event but this might be on the sharp side for him.
Disappointing for Dermot Weld, and hasn't progressed as expected for new yard over hurdles; struggled in handicaps so may fare better here but still looking for his first win.
Had been making steady progress in maiden hurdles before not being outclassed when stepped up to handicap company at Cheltenham latest; one of the more likely types in the contest.
Won a maiden hurdle at Kilbeggan in May but struggled subsequently in handicaps at Bellewstown and Killarney; has been chasing on last three starts; difficult to assess returning to hurdles.
Has plenty to find on all known form and difficult to make a case for her finding the requisite improvement to feature here.

Muyam Spirit (5/2), Mc Alpine (3/1), Prosecution (9/2), The Shunter (9/2), Lessofdnegativity (8/1), Sullane Hill (14/1), Tashman (14/1), Good Luck Hope (25/1), Cryogenics (33/1), Porterhorse (100/1)
MCALPINE is still a maiden but has been quietly progressing on all his latest starts including when not outclassed when stepping up to handicap company recently at Cheltenham. Given this is not the strongest of line-ups, a reproduction of that form could see him winning for the first time. This trip may be on the short side for Sullane Hill but given his general reliability, the gelding is capable of running a big race. Lessofdnegativity certainly has ability but needs to bounce back from some below par recent runs to be involved.
- Mc Alpine
- Lessofdnegativity
- Sullane Hill
