Back to form when second at Worcester in September, and matched that form when 3¼L third of 13 to Luckofthedraw in a 2m5½f handicap chase at Market Rasen last time. Place claims with conditions no issue.
All three wins have been on good ground, so conditions look fine. Winner at Ffos Las (2m3½f, good; 5-2) in May but well held both recent starts over longer trips; including unseat at Exeter last time. More demanded from current mark.
2-2 over fences after wins at Newton Abbot (3m2f, good) and Southwell (3m, soft) since August. Back from short break and up 6lb; rates a key player on form.
Promising novice hurdler in spring of 2018, no concerns over stamina but possibly going to need this on return from 550-day absence for first start over larger obstacles.
0-9 over fences but rarely runs a bad race; mark is sliding and wouldn't require a major improvement in first-time blinkers to get in the mix.
Maiden hurdle winner at Southwell in May and has shaped well enough in handicaps since; should be on a fair mark if taking to fences and yard continues to be in good form.
Soft-ground Uttoxeter bumper winner in 2016, placed four times in eight starts over hurdles thereafter. 561 days since he was last spotted, goes chasing now and commands a check in betting with yard enjoying a fine winter so far.
A point-to-point winner who was unsuccessful in five attempts over hurdles since switching to Rules. He was pulled-up on his last outing at Exeter (2m5½f) 233 days ago and will need to improve over fences to be in the mix.
Mixed bag over fences, but got his head in front at Newton Abbot (2m5f, good; 10-1) in June and generally running well under positive tactics. Runner-up at Fontwell 11 days ago after a break and should give good account again.
Mostly consistent over fences (placed three times) but records stands at 0-8 now. Had a pipe opener over hurdles recently at Ludlow recently and potentially on a workable mark back in this sphere if producing best stuff.
Poor form over timber but much more like it when switched to fences in a Hereford novice handicap (2m5f, good; 8-1) this month and possibilities now going up in trip.
Best efforts to date, including sole win in 2017, have come with plenty give underfoot and was never a threat returning from 561 days off at Chepstow this month under today's rider.
Sent off a 200-1 chance in a beginners' chase at Chepstow last month and faded tamely once things got serious. Much to prove on evidence to date.
