Archipenko colt out of a Alzao mare. Closely related to a number of 'black types' including All At Sea, three-time Listed winner in France between 1m2f/1m2½f. Interesting newcomer.
Sea The Stars colt bought for 55,000 gns at the sales last autumn. Half-brother to the useful Broughton. 10th of 14 in a disappointing debut effort at Kempton earlier this month. More needed.
Colt by American Pharoah out of a Storm Cat mare. Closely related to Shumoos, dual winner over 5f/6f. Worth a check in the market representing a yard with a 28% strike rate with their AW juveniles this term.
Four-race maiden. Not disgraced in a number of early season starts over 6f/7f. Can be forgiven most recent effort at Doncaster and should be a leading contender in this company.
New Approach colt, cost 130,000 gns as a foal. Half-brother to a Listed winner at 7f. Second of 11 beaten ½L in a Newcastle novice stakes over a similar trip earlier this month. Enters calculations.
Gelded son of Gutaifan out of a Common Grounds mare. Yard just one win from 25 starts with their AW youngsters this term.
By German Derby winner Sea The Moon. Dam was nothing special on the track but did manage to win twice over 1m2f-1m4f. Beaten 13L on debut at Doncaster last month and more needed here.
Daughter of New Approach out of a Shamardal mare. Interesting newcomer representing yard with a 16% strike rate with their AW juveniles this term. Market likely to reveal expectations on debut.
Kendargent filly and a half-sister to winner El Picador. Will need to improve on disappointing Lingfield debut last month over 7f finishing 11th of 12 when slowly away.
First foal of an unraced dam out of 6½f 2yo winning half-sister to 7f-2m2f winner Septimus (including Irish St Leger, Doncaster Cup and Dante). Looks one to watch on debut, unless market vibes are strong.
Forecasts
Great Ambassador (4/6), Dublin Pharaoh (2/1), Kumasi (8/1), Arriviste (14/1), Morning Shadow (33/1), Seventeen O Four (33/1), Billhilly (50/1), Alphabetical (50/1), Talking About You (50/1), Sparkling Or Still (100/1)

The Exceed And Excel juvenile will not be facing opposition to that of his latest run at Doncaster and can see off the attentions of the David O'Meara-trained, Chevely Park Stud-owned Kumasi. Newcomers, Dublin Pharaoh and Alphabetical can compete for minor honours.
- Great Ambassador
- Kumasi
- Dublin Pharaoh
