Improved for switch to handicaps over hurdles in the spring, winning at Wexford (2m4f, good; 9-4f) on second attempt in May. Commences chasing career on return for in-form yard.
Modest hurdler (one win in 23 attempts) she was popular in betting for this race last year but fell at the second obstacle. That remains her only attempt over fences. Race fit from hurdles.
Maiden hurdle winner in 2018 at Wexford, she remains lightly-raced since. Well held at Fairyhouse on chase bow last month then unseated this rider at the first in C&D beginners' chase a fortnight ago.
Smart hurdler, if just shy of Grade 1 level. Should be ready to roll on chase debut and strong credentials in this field if transferring hurdles form across.
Bumper winner and successful in one of her five starts over hurdles when last seen in the 2017/18 season. Could be significant that owner/trainer have been patient with the Flemensfirth mare so worth betting check.
Hasn't jumped perfectly in two starts over fences but appeared on the front end at Fairyhouse (2m5f, heavy; 10-1) at third last nine days ago seemingly with big challenge only to go out like a light before the last fence and be pulled up.
Of little account over hurdles in seven starts and seemingly up against it on switch to chasing.
Point-to-point winner in the spring but well held in a couple of hunter chases under rules and should be amongst the outsiders in this field.
Presenting mare, beaten wide margins all starts so far under rules and trend should continue on first foray over these obstacles.
Only beaten 5L in a mares beginners' chase at Sligo in September and since run well over timbre at Clonmel. Could harbour place claims.
Last seen finishing nearer last than first in the Grade 2 Mares' Novices' hurdle at the Cheltenham festival in March. Rated 142 over timber, she is the chief threat to the likely favourite on hurdles ratings.
Forecasts
Good Thyne Tara (1/1), Sinoria (6/4), Half The Odds (5/1), She's Made It (10/1), Deilginis (25/1), Lady Writer (33/1), Flamingo's Court (50/1), Famous Day (100/1), Laughing Trix (100/1), Presenting Hunzy (100/1), Misty Adage (100/1)
GOOD THYNE TARA would trump these over timber and so it should pay to side with the Mullins mare first time out over fences. She ran good races at Cheltenham and Punchestown in the spring against Grade 1 mares and has won on seasonal bow in the past. Sinoria is the main danger on hurdles ratings and remains low-mileage with plenty scope for better things. Famous Day was well supported for this last year but fell early, while connections of Half The Odds will hope to be rewarded for their patience in getting her back to the track.
