Dual Italian Group 3 winner beaten five lengths in Group 2 by talented Stormy Antartic on penultimate start there in May. British debut and has plenty of weight but market should prove fair guide to expectations.
10-time winner who scored of mark of 97 over 7f at Lingfield in April but not seen since well beaten over mile at Chelmsford in June. Has gone well fresh in past but possibly high enough in weights at present.
Progressive handicapper comes here on a four-timer. 18lb higher now than first victory but won with authority over Kempton mile last time and may still be the right side of the handicapper.
Just the one win this term coming oin his penultimate start when easily landing Goodwood mile claiming handicap. Ran well off this 7lb higher mark when third last time at York and is not out of it by any means.
Hasn't won for nearly two years but has run some good races in defeat this campaign and duly risen 10lb in the handicap. Best at 7f so this mile may push his stamina to the very limit.
Regular in top 7f and mile handicaps these days but hasn't won since wining in Listed company at Haydock in 2016. Won on only previous visit here though so despite advancing years is no forlorn hope.
Won three handicaps over a mile this term and risen total of 10lb. Didn't seem to handle heavily ground last time so that run is excused, and on previous efforts may not be far away if things go his way.
Won well contested Ascot mile handicap in the spring and has run respectably most starts since without getting her head back in front. Eased 1lb since fourth in French Listed race last time.
Both career wins have come at 7f but stays a mile. Stayed on when second over inadequate 6f at Haydock latest and is potentially on a fair mark if on a 'going' day.
Won over C&D in January off 8lb lower and scored over 7f at Goodwood in May. Weakened from well over 1f out at Kempton latest on first start following break so should strip fitter now eased 3lb.

Alrajaa (8/11), So Beloved (6/1), Alemaratalyoum (13/2), Three Saints Bay (10/1), Universal Gleam (11/1), Ptarmigan Ridge (14/1), Wait Forever (16/1), Star Of Southwold (16/1), Goring (20/1), Bubble And Squeak (20/1), Charles Molson (33/1), Apex King (40/1)
A good handicap in which a case can be made for most of the field. The three-year-old Alrajaa will be a popular choice to land the four-timer and may yet still be ahead of the handicapper so is greatly respected, but old boy SO BELOVED has dropped to a decent mark and won here on his only previous visit. He looks the value. Ex-Italian Wait Forever is very interesting on British debut and could be anything, while the likes of Goring, Universal Gleam and Alemaratalyoum are not out of it either.
