Wind operation appeared to do the trick when making a fine return to the fray winning easily at Market Rasen last week. Penalised 5lb but every chance of following up if recovered from those exertions.
Failed to trouble the judge in five starts over hurdles last term but showed a little ability. Not jump well at Plumpton in September on chasing bow and pulled up 5th. Questions to answer in this sphere unless market hints otherwise.
Won over C&D just under a year ago off 4lb lower mark, and ran OK on a couple of other occasion without threatening to win. Seasonal return for yard without a jumps winner for over 11 months.
Han't run for 18 months so fitness has to be taken on trust. Capable at around this trip in the past. Handles some cut but heavy ground is a concern, so on balance others make more appeal.
Effective over a fair range of trip and won twice last December, including here over nearly 3m. Pulled up though here in Feburary and again on reappearence at Fontwell recently, so appears to be struggling at present.
Won 3m2f h'cap chase at Chepstow in April on good ground and was fair second on seasonal return at Plumpton last month. Unseated rider when in touch at 13th at Fontwell last week and booking of champion jockey catches the eye.
Went close a few times last season but remains a maiden over fences after eight attempts. Unseated rider at 3rd at Fontwell last month on reappearance and heavy ground has to be a big concern.
Yet to reach a place in 9 previous attempts and despite tumbling mark is very hard to enthuse over even at this modest level.
