Verdict

WINNER TAKES ITALL is one of five in the contest for owner J P McManus. The gelding by Nathaniel won comfortably on hurdling debut at Listowel in September and can continue his development here. Of the other McManus runners, the pair also trained by Joseph O'Brien, Fightfortheroses and The Moyglass Flyer look interesting contenders and could prove to be dangers to their stablemate. The Paul Stafford-trained Military Hill has taken to hurdling well and should not be easily discounted while, Velocity Boy and Wild Desire are worthy of further consideration.
