The handicapper looks to have him just about where he wants him, but it would be a surprise if Echo weren't good enough to finish in the money in this contest after he wasn't disgraced when finding the demands of a typically competitive handicap at York too much for him recently. Bodacious Name also has some decent form to his name, and produced an encouraging display when third at Musselburgh last time out so should also be bang there. He is not open to as much improvement as WADACRE GALOUBET though, who benefitted for the step up to 1m6f when successful here last time out. He should improve once more for the step up to 2m, and can continue rising up the handicap.
