On paper this doesn’t look a particularly appealing contest but it could well be worth keeping a close eye on the market here with two interesting newcomers in the shape of Ethics Boy and Tiffindell with the latter having a particularly eye-catching pedigree for this grade. Marjorie Fife saddles two leading contenders and although Guvenor’s Choice looks the pick of the weights but MY AMIGO may just be the more reliable if his quirks can be kept under wraps. Max Guevara is more than capable at this level but he’s proficient at throwing races away in the closing stages and should be handled with care.
