Visor^h⁴⁵

Age: 4| Weight: 9-7| J: H Crouch| T: J R Fanshawe| OR: 62

2/5

Came very close to breaking his maiden last time out at Ffos Las (1m4f) in what was his eighth attempt as he was second of 16, beaten by just a head. He needs to concede weight all round here but he is a leading contender.

Form: 739-472

Montelimar⁹

Age: 4| Weight: 9-2| J: Andrew Breslin⁽⁵⁾| T: A Crook

100/1

Has shown very little across her five starts to date. Her latest two outings have been on the Flat, including her most recent run where she was seventh of 10 runners at Pontefract (1m4f). Needs to take a huge stride forward here.

Form: 47

Indisposed⁶¹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-0| J: B Doyle| T: Mrs I G-Leveque

28/1

Failed to shine on his debut at Wolverhampton (1m4f) on the AW back in August where he had just one horse behind him in an eight runner contest. Needs to improve on his second start so others make more of an appeal.

Form: 7

Paintball Wizard⁷⁴

Age: 3| Weight: 9-0| J: Shelley Birkett| T: Miss J Feilden

14/1

Has been well held on his two starts so far. He came home fourth of five last time at Newbury (1m4f) after being slowly into stride. This longer trip may help his chances so expect improvement in his performance this time.

Form: 54

(4)

Lovely Lou Lou¹¹

Age: 3| Weight: 8-9| J: Darragh Keenan⁽³⁾| T: J Ryan| D

5/2

Won a bumper at Huntingdon (1m5½f) on her racecourse debut earlier this month. Was unable to follow that up at Market Rasen (1m5f) as she was fourth of eight runners. Set for her Flat debut here. One to consider.

Visor (2/5), Lovely Lou Lou (5/2), Paintball Wizard (14/1), Indisposed (28/1), Montelimar (100/1)

This looks a great chance for VISOR to pick up his first success. He sets the standard here with his second place finish in a big field at Ffos Las last time out and this extra distance should suit him. Lovely Lou Lou is a bumper winner who has to be respected on her opening Flat appearance so expect to see her in contention, while Paintball Wizard is likely to produce more over this longer trip.
