Her third in a Fakenham maiden hurdle back in January reads well enough, but ran poorly in cheekpieces when last seen (on again here). That needs forgiving, but she has potential to do better, and yard like a winner here.

Bred to want this sort of a trip, so the fact he's run well twice over shorter this autumn bodes well for his chances today; opening mark looks more than workable and he looks to hold a big chance on ground that will suit.

Great record here, won/placed eight times from nine starts but blew that record when well beaten here at the last meeting. Change of headgear today might do the trick, but on balance, others make more appeal.

There's the possibility of a slow-run race, with none of these particularly likely to make the running, but THE DARLEY LAMA makes plenty of appeal now he tackles a longer trip. He's done little wrong on either of his last two starts but could easily improve a chunk at staying trips. Remember The Man might be the one to take them along and can't be afforded too much rope on the front end. Regarding Ruth and The Detainee can fight out the minor money.
