Dual bumper winner last year but failed to sparkle over hurdles and tailed off on chase bow at Tramore (2m6f, heavy) this month. May need more time in this sphere.
Point-to-point winner in 2017 subsequently placed in all four races under rules, two bumpers and two hurdle races. Makes chase bow on first start since January with tongue tie added and worth a betting check having gone well fresh before.
Remains a maiden but runner-up over hurdles last time at Downpatrick and has some fair form in this sphere plus three outings in handicap chases. Cheekpieces tried now and sets the standard.
Winner in France on the Flat before joining Willie Mullins, twice placed in maiden hurdles recently and likely has a fair chance of similar/better now reverting to this discipline.
Poor start to chasing career with fall/unseat in Listowel runs but going the right way in two further runs, including last-time-out second at Tramore (2m6f, soft to heavy). Place claims again.
Maiden hurdler, doesn't have the form in book to merit selection having been tailed off on chase bow at Kilbeggan and unseated since at Sligo last month. Drops in trip.
Bumper winner at Downpatrick in June but failed to meet market expectations over hurdles here (3m) the following month and rested since. May have more to offer and should jump fences but can be watched for now.
Big prices and little impact in three spring maidens over hurdles, goes chasing on return to action and would only become of interest should the market reveal confidence.
Showed some promise in maiden hurdles in mid-2018 but disappointed since, including when tailed off at Punchestown this month on first start for 311 days. Makes switch to chasing with plenty to prove.
Runner-up effort in 2m maiden hurdle here in March easily his best in four so far over timber for champion trainer. That was a fair race but he disappointed on seasonal bow this month over 2m6½f and needs more going chasing.
Beneficial mare, of little account in three maiden hurdles and a bumper since rules debut in December. She did win a point-to-point in May 2018, so perhaps will do better in this sphere.

Ego Des Mottes (10/3), Cherokee Bill (7/2), First Class Return (7/2), Castlebrook (9/2), Stones And Roses (8/1), Jakoby (14/1), Batcio (20/1), Odds Or Evens (25/1), Baily Gorse (25/1), Roman Rock (33/1), Megara (50/1), Gigiplan Two Seven (50/1), Rare Deal (66/1)
Cherokee Bill went close over timber from the front at Downpatrick recently and is best-placed of those with form over fences, but he may be vulnerable. Ego Des Mottes is preferred of the Mullins pair after a pipe-opener over timber, though both he and stablemate Stones And Roses surely have improvement to find. CASTLEBROOK should come into his own going chasing and the former point-to-point winner has gone well fresh in the past, ensuring he's a likely sort on this seasonal bow.
- Castlebrook
- Ego Des Mottes
