The penny really started to drop when recording an effortless victory at Listowel in June and the gelding followed up at Galway in July; much more needed here but obviously open to plenty of improvement and will have support in the betting ring.
Three victorties over a variety of trips in August/September marked him out as a rising star; looks to be plenty more to come and would not need to show too much more to play a leading role.
Has been wonderfully consistent over the summer and comes here full of confidence; plenty to find on the ratings, however and perhaps his limitations were exposed last time out at Downpatrick; plenty of improvement needed to win this.
Looks to have the best form on offer which came at Fairyhouse (2m4f, good) in April in a Grade 2 event; a reproduction of that effort would see him being hard to beat and only question will be whether he is ready on reappearance.
Has some fair bumper form and not extended when winning on his hurdles debut at Listowel in September; hard to assess but hails from top yard and market likely to give the best guide.
