Eight-race maiden, still looking for breakthrough success in five Flat starts on turf. Running well in defeat of late, first-time blinkers fitted and holds claims if having a positive effect.

Yet to hit the frame in five career starts. Struggling down the pack in a couple of starts since making her seasonal debut last month. Needs a sizable improvement to mix it here.

Off the mark for connections at the ninth time of asking on turf when landing a Cork 1m4f handicap earlier this month off a 7lb lower mark. Another bold bid looks likely.

Winner of one of his 16 starts on turf and has been sending out mixed messages in five starts this term. Out of sorts on his most recent starts and impossible to make a case for against a number of these rivals.

Has return ed a negative set of results in six career starts since making her debut in February. First time cheekpieces unlikely to bring about the required amount of improvement needed to play a role here.

Eight-race maiden on turf. Early season progression appears to have leveled out of late but wouldn't have to improve on recent starts too much to be able to play a part in the finish.

Sole win came in a Cork handicap on heavy ground over an extended-mile 18 months ago. Best efforts since have come on the AW and unlikely to be troubling the judge here.

Verdict

The Five-year-old WATCHMAN in first-time blinkers can get off the mark for connections at the ninth time of asking. The Oasis Dream gelding has been in consistent form since August and can build on a pleasing run at Navan on soft ground earlier this month. Recent Cork winner, You'llfindandsee is likely to be the biggest danger off a 7lb higher mark. Indian Eye wouldn't have to look much further back in her form to be able to grab a place in this contest.
