Improved on a promising debut effort when 3L third of 7 to Last Surprise in a 6f novice event at Chelmsford last time, rallying late despite hanging. Should be suited by 7f, and shortlisted.
Makes limited appeal either on pedigree or sales record, and was always well behind on his debut at Thirsk last month when fitted with blinkers. Yard does well here, but hard to back this gelding on the evidence available.
Showed marked improvement when finishing 4¾L fourth in a 6f maiden at Newbury on penultimate start, and backed that up when second of 13 to Gleeds Girl (third in same Newbury race) in a 5½f nursery at Bath last time. Has solid claims.
From a good middle-distance family, and shaped with encouragement when 7¾L fourth of 10 to First Impression in a 1m maiden at Ayr (heavy) recently. Will improve, and merits respect on Fibresand debut.
Shamardal half-brother to Group 2 winner Gamilati. Weakened rather tamely on racecourse bow at Redcar (7f) last month after making the running, but may be worth another chance, for all he appears the yard's second string.
Related to winners, but he has finished well beaten in two starts to date, the latter over 6f here. Others appear stronger again.
Sales price rose to £85,000 at the Breeze-Ups, and this US-bred colt showed ability despite finishing only eighth of 10 on debut at Salisbury. Failed to match that last time, but pedigree gives hope he'll handle this surface, and interesting.
Bred to handle this surface, but twice sold cheaply, and well-beaten last of 6 to Never In Red in a 7f maiden at Brighton on debut, looking a hard ride. Something to prove after that inauspicious start.
From a successful German family and represents a yard with a high success rate, but she has shown very little in two starts so far. One for handicaps after this outing, perhaps.

Bill The Butcher and Live In The Moment are closely matched, and the pair deserve to be shortlisted on what they have achieved, but a chance is taken on SUMMERONSEVENHILLS, who is better than his form figures would imply, and as a US-bred, could easily prove a different proposition now switching to Fibresand from turf. Mark Johnston's pair are well-bred sorts who should improve for their respective debut efforts, and the market should be informative.
